We are located out in Vasai East, specifically in Excel House in the Sativli area. Sativli is a bit of a trek if you aren't from around here, but it’s a good spot for a pharmaceutical business like ours. The building is quite large, and we’ve got a good amount of space to manage our operations. It’s an industrial zone, so there are always trucks coming and going with raw materials and finished goods. We spend our days managing production schedules and making sure the quality checks are being done correctly. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it has to be done right every single time. We have quite a few people working here, some in the office and some on the floor. The canteen is where everyone catches up during the lunch break. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. The focus is always on the medicine and getting it packaged and shipped. The monsoon season is always a bit of a challenge in Vasai because the roads get flooded and the commute takes twice as long, but we manage to keep things running. It’s a hard-working environment. We’ve been at Excel House for a long time, and we’ve become a part of the local industrial community here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how to handle the busy periods without getting too stressed out about it.
