We are Omkar Plastotech Pvt. Ltd., and you can find us at Bliss Ind. Estate 2 in Gaurai Pada. We occupy units 11, 12, and 13 in Building No. 1. Being out here in Vasai East, specifically in the Palghar district, means we are away from the main city rush but still in a very busy industrial zone. Our space is mostly taken up by plastic molding machines and raw material bags. It’s a noisy environment with the hum of the hydraulics and the cooling fans going all day. We started with just one unit and eventually took over two more as we got more work. The floors are concrete and usually have some scrap bits here and there. We’ve got a team that knows these machines inside out. It’s a lot of technical work, but we talk about it in plain terms. We don't have a marketing department; we just show people what we make. Sometimes the rains in Vasai can be a real problem for the transport, but we do our best to stay on schedule. It’s an honest living. We focus on the quality of the plastic parts we produce. If things aren't coming out right, we stop the line and fix it ourselves. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but we like the community in the industrial estate. There is always someone working on a mold or checking the temperatures.
