Our place is in the Pilot Industrial Estate out in Vasai East. We actually have a few units there, numbers 29, 36, and 37, all on the first floor. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us coming from further parts of Palghar or Navghar-manikpur, but this is where the work happens. Oditronics Technology Pvt. Ltd. isn't a small desk operation; we have actual floor space where things get assembled and checked. The industrial estate has that specific smell of metal and grease that you get in manufacturing areas. We spend a lot of our time on our feet, moving between the three units to make sure everything is moving along. It gets pretty loud during the peak hours when everyone in the estate is running their machines. We aren't trying to be anything other than a solid technical shop. The lunch breaks are usually spent at the local stalls nearby or just sitting in the unit. We keep the windows open when we can, though the dust from the estate can be a bit much. It’s a practical life here in Vasai. We deal with electronics and tech stuff, so there are always wires and soldering irons around. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy stories about us. We are just a group of people who know how to handle technology and work hard in an industrial setting. It’s honest work and a busy atmosphere every day.
