Our place is over at unit 109 in the Jay Vijay Industrial Estate. If you know the Bapane area near Naigaon East, you’ve probably driven past the turn-off on NH-8 plenty of times. Navami Industires Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this industrial block for a bit now. It’s a busy spot. Lots of trucks and lorries are always coming and going because we are so close to the highway. We keep our heads down and just get the work done. The space isn't huge, but we make it work for what we need to do. It gets pretty loud in the estate during the day with all the other workshops and factories running their machines. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. It's just a warehouse and some machinery and us. Sometimes the power goes out, or the traffic on the Nh-8 makes deliveries take forever. That’s just part of being here in Bapane. We deal with the day-to-day stuff as it comes. Our staff is mostly local people from around Naigaon. We have our tea breaks together in the small shade outside. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just keeping the production lines going. It can be incredibly hot in the summer inside the unit. We just keep the fans running and stay busy. If you’re looking for us, look for the Jay Vijay sign at the entrance.
