Mark Maker Pharma Engineering

Our workshop is at Gala No 14, A V Udyog Nagarbehind Rajprabha Udyog Nagar Golani Naka, Waliv, Vasai. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where all the work happens. The gala is basically a big open space where we have all our machinery for Mark Maker Pharma Engineering. It’s loud, it’s often greasy, and there’s always something being welded or cut. We don’t have a proper office with carpets or quiet corners; we just have a small desk in the corner where we handle the paperwork and take calls. Most of the day is spent on the shop floor, wearing overalls and making sure the machines are running right. The air is thick with the sound of metal on metal, and we usually have to shout a bit to be heard over the noise. It’s a hardworking environment, and we don’t put on any acts for visitors. If you come by, you’ll see us as we are—covered in a bit of dust and focused on the job. We’ve been part of this industrial area for years, and we know the other shop owners nearby. We help each other out with tools or advice when something breaks down. It’s just the way things are done in this part of town. We take pride in the stuff we build, even if the floor is a bit messy or the air is a bit humid.
