Our place is located at Gala No 5 in Phase No V of the Parmar Build Techpelhar area. If you know Vasai East, you know it's a busy spot with lots of units like ours. Makwana Foods And Beverages Private Limited is basically what you see when you walk in—a lot of equipment, some crates, and people working. It’s usually pretty loud with the machines going, but that is just how it is in an industrial estate. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and handle food products. It’s hard work, especially when the weather gets hot in the afternoon. We don’t have a big fancy reception area or anything. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our work clothes moving things around or checking the latest batch. We’ve had to learn a lot on the fly about how to keep everything running without too many breakdowns. The guys here have been together for a bit, so we have a rhythm. We mostly deal with local distribution and making sure the quality is okay before anything leaves the gala. It gets dusty around here sometimes with the construction nearby, but we keep our unit as clean as we can. It’s a straightforward business. We show up early, get the machines started, and try to get through the orders for the day. Sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix them and keep moving forward with the next task on our list.
