Solar Touch

Solar Touch is based out of D. P. Sankul in the Vindhyavasini Bunglow on M. G. Road. If you are looking for us, we are right behind the Sagarshet Petrol Pump. It is a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the pump first and then head behind it. We work with solar stuff, which mostly means we spend time looking at panels and talking about energy. The bunglow is a bit of an unusual place for a business, but it works for us and gives us plenty of space. M. G. Road is always bustling, so it’s nice to be a little bit behind the main noise. We have a lot of components and tools scattered around our workspace. Some days we are out on sites and other days we are here just figuring things out. We aren't a polished showroom; it's more like a workshop where things actually happen. The team is small and we’ve all learned a lot about solar over the years just by doing it. We don't have a big reception desk or anything, usually you just walk in and find one of us working on something. It’s a very practical way of doing things. Sometimes it gets hot working with the equipment, but that’s part of the job. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. The bunglow is old but it stays cool in the summer.
