Kohli Insurance Consultant

I set up Kohli Insurance Consultant in room B/104 of the Dhuri Campus over in Sun City. It’s not a huge office, just a desk, a couple of chairs for visitors, and a lot of filing cabinets. I spend most of my time looking at forms and talking on the phone with various companies. People come in when they are worried about their cars or their health cover. I try to explain the paperwork in plain words because the fine print is usually confusing for everyone. The Dhuri Campus is a quiet enough place, though the parking can be a bit tight in the afternoons. I usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while I work through the claims. I don't have a big team, it's mostly just me and sometimes an assistant to help with the typing. We get a lot of walk-ins from people living in Sun City who just want to ask a quick question about a renewal. It’s a lot of sitting and reading, but it’s important to get the details right. I have a small kettle for tea if a meeting goes long. There’s no fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we handle insurance matters for the local community. I’ve lived around here for a long time, so I know most of the people who stop by. It is a steady job and I enjoy the routine.
