Our office is at 5 Puspha Palace, located in Pt. Dindayal Nagar. It’s a well-known spot because it’s right near the Bharat Gas office off Vasai Road West. Having that landmark makes it easy to give people directions, though most of our work happens over the phone or through email anyway. Puspha Palace is an older building, and our space has that lived-in feel to it. We have a few rooms filled with pharmaceutical records and samples. It’s not a high-tech facility, just a practical place where we can manage our distributions. The neighborhood is a mix of people living their lives and small businesses like ours. You can hear the sounds of the street from our balcony, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and there’s always a packet of biscuits open somewhere. Kahan Pharmaceuticals isn't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know the business and want to make sure the local clinics get what they need. We don't have fancy mission statements on the walls. Instead, we have a white-board with a list of things to do and some phone numbers scribbled in the corner. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we’ve been part of the Vasai Road community for quite some time now.
