Jins Exim Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the Subhadra Industrial Complex. We are in Building Number 3. It is right on Tungareshwar Road, just opposite the Jain Mandir. Being near the National Highway in Vasai East is actually very helpful for our logistics. We see a lot of trucks moving by all day long. The area is quite industrial, so it isn't the quietest place to work. We have been here for some time now. Our office is functional rather than pretty. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting in terms of coordination. We aren't some fancy tech company. We are just people who know how to move goods from one place to another. Sometimes the power goes out in the complex and we have to wait a bit. We just use that time to grab a tea outside. There is a lot of dust because of the construction nearby, but we just keep the windows shut. We handle various types of export and import tasks. It's a lot of checking lists and talking to drivers. We don't have a big marketing department. We don't really do marketing at all. Word of mouth seems to work okay for us. It’s a steady business and we like the people we work with. The location is the best part for us because it makes shipping much easier.
