If you find yourself on Agrawal Hospital Road in Waliv, look for the Golani Complex at Plot No 6/7. That is where Jdianm Lighting is based. We are out in Vasai East, which is a busy area with a lot of growth lately. Our place is basically filled with lights of all shapes and sizes. Sometimes it feels like you are walking through a maze of boxes and bulbs. We spend our days checking inventory and making sure the orders for different lighting projects are correct. It is not a polished showroom; it is more of a working office and storage space where we get the real work done. The road outside can get quite crowded, especially with the hospital nearby, so there is always a lot of movement. We have been here for a while and have seen the complex change over the years. We are just regular people who know a lot about lighting and how to get it from point A to point B. There is no corporate ladder here, just us working together to keep the business running. We have a small team, and we all pitch in wherever it is needed, whether that is answering the phone or hauling crates. It is a bit hectic sometimes, but we prefer it that way over sitting in a quiet office doing nothing. Vasai is a good home for us.
