At Indeecon Equipments & Instruments Company, we work out of Gala 8 and 9 in the Parmar Industrial Estate. This is over in Vasai East, which is a big hub for businesses like ours. The estate is a collection of various units, and it can get pretty busy with trucks moving in and out all day. Our two galas are connected, giving us enough room to keep our instruments and equipment organized. It’s a bit of a rugged environment, with concrete walls and high ceilings. We don't spend much time on aesthetics; the focus is always on the machines and the work at hand. The air in Vasai East can be a bit heavy with the smell of grease and metal from the neighboring units, but that’s just part of being in an industrial zone. We have a small crew and we’ve all been together for a while. Usually, someone has a radio playing somewhere in the background. The morning commute into Vasai can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic, but once we’re inside the estate, it’s all about getting the day's tasks sorted. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't have any flashy signs, just our unit numbers and the company name painted on the side. We just get on with things and try to stay productive through the heat and the noise. It is just the way we have always operated here since we moved in.
