Illumination Systems Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Nidhi Industrial Complex out in Vasai East. We’re in Unit No. 115 on the first floor of the B-Wing. Sativali Road is always a bit of a mess with traffic, but that’s just life in an industrial zone. Our workshop and office are basically the same space. It’s full of lights, wires, and boxes everywhere you look. We aren't trying to win any awards for how our office looks. It’s a place for work, not for showing off. We spend our days putting things together and testing them to make sure they actually light up. It’s a small team here. We’ve been in Vasai for a while, and most of the people working here live close by. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just know what we have to do each morning. Some days we are really busy with a big order, and other times we’re just catching up on repairs. We don't do much in terms of marketing. Most of our customers find us because they need something specific and heard we could do it. It’s an honest, simple business. We work hard, we deal with the heat in the factory, and we try to get the shipments out on time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do and we’re okay with that.
