Hindustan Composites Ltd has its office in Vasai West. We are based in the Dewan & Shah Enclave, which is a well-known spot on Ambadi Road. Our specific location is in building C-17, flat F-1, within the Juhi Co-Op Housing Society. It’s a bit of a mix of homes and offices around here. Being in a housing society means things stay a bit more grounded than they would in a huge business park. We’ve been here for a long time, and we like the location because it’s easy for most of us to get to. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a small area where we can have a tea break. It’s not the kind of place with a glass front or a big logo at the entrance. We just have a small nameplate so people know they’re in the right spot. Most of our day is spent handling the administrative side of the business. We don't really do any big advertising or try to sound more important than we are. We just take care of the tasks at hand. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, which makes the workday feel a bit more social. It’s a very human way to run a business. We don't worry about being polished; we just worry about being accurate and getting our work done on time for everyone.
