Our workshop is located out in Vasai East, specifically on Sativali Road at Waliv Phata. If you know the area, you know it’s a hub for industries. Gajanan Precision Industries Engg. Pvt. Ltd is situated at Survey No 66, Plot No 44. It’s an industrial spot, so there is always the sound of machines and trucks moving about. We focus on precision work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at small details and making sure the measurements are correct. It’s not the kind of work you can rush. The guys on the shop floor are usually covered in a bit of oil or metal shavings by the end of the shift. That’s just part of the job in engineering. We have been in this spot for a while, and we’ve seen the Waliv Phata area grow quite a bit. The traffic on Sativali Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. Our building is practical. We have the machines where they need to be and a small area for the administrative stuff. We don't have a big reception area or fancy brochures. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years. It’s a busy environment, and we like the challenge of getting things exactly right. Every day brings a different set of parts to work on, and we just keep the machines running.
