You can find us at Firebird Fire Services in Unit Number 5 of the Wikiki Apartments. We are located really close to the railway station in Anand Nagar, specifically on the Vasai Road West side. Being so close to the station makes it easy for people to drop by, though we are usually out on calls most of the day. We handle fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and other basic safety stuff for buildings. It is a small office, mostly filled with tools and spare parts for the equipment we service. We aren't some big company with a fleet of fancy trucks. It’s just a few of us who have learned how to maintain these systems over the years. We spend a lot of time visiting apartment complexes and small businesses to make sure their fire gear is actually working. The traffic near the Vasai Road station can be a real headache in the morning, so we usually head out very early to avoid the worst of it. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our customers. We just explain what needs to be fixed and get it done. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy on the desk because we’d rather be out working than sitting in the office. We’ve seen Vasai change a lot with all the new buildings going up, and we are just trying to do our part to keep things safe around here. It’s honest, busy work that keeps us on our feet all day long.
