Fine Airsys

We are based out of Vasai East inside the Virmani Industrial Estate. Our specific unit is number 6. If you are familiar with this part of the outskirts, you know it’s filled with hundreds of small workshops and factories making all sorts of things. We work on air systems and ventilation, which means there is always the sound of metal being cut or someone welding in the back. It gets quite loud during the middle of the day and the concrete floor is usually covered in tiny metal shavings or grey dust. We have a few large machines that take up most of the floor space, leaving just narrow paths to walk through. The commute out to Vasai can be a bit of a long journey for some of the staff, but we’ve been based here for a long time and wouldn't want to move. It’s a very practical workspace, not a fancy showroom for customers to visit. We have a small mezzanine level where we keep the paperwork and a few spare parts that need to stay dry. The air is always moving inside because of the big industrial fans we keep running to stay cool. It’s a tough and dirty job sometimes, especially when the weather gets humid. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come to see us, you’ll walk right into the middle of the work area where we get things done.
