Ambay Medical Devices

Ambay Medical Devices is located over in the Roop Naval Industrial Estate, specifically at Unit 17. It is part of Plot 8 in the Gokhivare area of Vasai East. If you know the Fatherwadi neighborhood, you know it gets pretty busy with all the small factories and workshops. We are right near Patel Industries. It is a loud place because of all the machinery running nearby. We spend our days dealing with various medical devices and parts. The office part of the unit is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a lot of filing folders. It’s not a fancy place with carpets or anything. We have concrete floors and metal shelves stacked high with boxes. The commute can be a bit of a headache because the roads in Vasai get narrow and crowded with trucks and rickshaws. We usually get in early before the heat really kicks in. The fans in the unit help, but it still gets quite warm in the afternoons. We handle a lot of logistics and checking of inventory. It is mostly about making sure the right parts go to the right people. We have a small stove in the back to make tea for the staff. It’s just a normal, hardworking environment where everyone knows their job. We’ve been at this location for a good while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial estate. It's an honest living for us.
