Our sales office for Elastofusion India Pvt.Ltd. is located at number 8 in the Sonali Industrial Estate, which is part of the Golani Complex. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the layout, but once you find us, it’s pretty simple. We deal with rubber and polymer products. It’s a specialized field, so we spend a lot of time talking to clients about technical specs and material grades. The office is usually full of samples—different pieces of rubber in all sorts of shapes and sizes. It can get a bit messy, but that’s just the nature of the business. We are a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you’re on the phone with a supplier, and the next you’re helping pack a box because a customer needs it urgently. We don't have any big corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just have calendars and clipboards with notes scribbled on them. It’s a practical environment. We’ve learned that being honest about lead times and what the materials can actually do is better than making big promises we can't keep. People seem to appreciate that. We like being in the Golani Complex because there are other businesses nearby that we can talk to. It feels like a little community of makers and sellers. We just keep our heads down and do the work day in and day out.
