Elektrocraft (India) Pvt. Ltd.

You can find us over at Plot No. 35 in Sector 2. We’re part of the Vasai Taluka Industrial Co Operative Estate in Gauraipada. It’s a bit of a trek to Vasai East if you aren't used to the area, but it’s where all the action is for businesses like ours. Elektrocraft (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a good while. The industrial estate is always humming with noise from the other units. Inside our doors, it’s mostly just focused work. We have machines running and people moving parts around. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it works for what we do. The rain can get pretty heavy out here during the monsoon, which makes the roads a bit messy. But we show up anyway. Our neighbors in Sector 2 are mostly other workshops and factories, so we all kind of understand each other. There is a lot of back and forth with deliveries. Trucks come in and out all morning. We try to keep our area tidy, though it’s hard with all the materials we handle. I’ve seen this area change quite a bit since we first moved in. More buildings have gone up, and it’s gotten a lot more crowded. Still, being in the Co Operative Estate helps us stay connected to the local trade. It’s just a practical place to get things made and shipped out to whoever needs them.
