Unit No.15/16, Sheetal Shrusti Indl. Estate, Bialalpada, Vasai East. You can find us at these units inside the estate. We are located in the Bialalpada area, which is a big part of Vasai East. It is a large industrial zone and our units are usually packed full of hoses, pumps, and hydraulic fluid. It can be a messy business, but someone has to do this kind of work. Concord Hydraulics has been around for some time now. We are definitely not a polished corporate office with carpets. Our floors are hard concrete and there is usually a bit of oil here and there from the machines. We spend most of our time fixing cylinders and making sure the seals don't leak under pressure. It is pretty loud in the estate with all the other workshops running around us. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. Sometimes we have to work late into the evening to finish a repair for a customer who really needs their machine back on the job. We don't use any fancy marketing speak or big slogans. If a pump is broken, we tell you it is broken and we try our best to fix it quickly. We keep a lot of different parts on the shelves, though it is hard to stay perfectly organized when things get busy. Vasai East is where the real work happens for us. We like being in the middle of all this industrial action.
