Captech Systems

We've been here at Sativali Naka for a while now. Captech Systems takes up Gala 1 and 2 in the Dias Industrial Estate. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get into the estate. The Sativali Road gets pretty crowded with trucks and tempos moving stuff back and forth. Our units are right at the start of the first estate building. Inside, it’s mostly about the work. We keep things moving, though it gets quite noisy with all the other units around us. Vasai East is an industrial hub, so there is always some noise or dust around. We’ve grown used to the tea stall down the road. Most days are just spent managing whatever comes in. The space isn't fancy, just concrete floors and the machines or stuff we use. Sometimes the electricity acts up in this area, but we manage. People know us as the place near the Naka. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name on the door. It’s a practical setup. We handle our operations from here every day, Monday through Saturday. The staff usually brings lunch from home and we sit together. It’s just how things go in these small industrial pockets. You find a rhythm and stick to it. The walls could use some paint, but the work gets done regardless. That's pretty much the situation here at Captech. We’ve been here long enough to know all the neighbors in the estate.
