At Bueno Insta Pizza Pvt. Ltd., we’re based in the Siddhi Vinayak Indl. Estate 1 over in Dhumal Nagar, Valiv. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly where you’d expect to find a lot of food being made, but here we are. The kitchen is always going, and the smell of dough is everywhere. We spend a lot of time preparing things so they’re ready for people who want a quick meal. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We’re rolling dough, checking ovens, and packing things up. It’s not like a fancy restaurant where you sit down and wait. We’re focused on getting things done fast because that’s the whole point. The heat from the ovens can be a lot during the summer months, but we’ve got fans going to keep it manageable. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’ve known each other for a while. We don't really have a big fancy office. It’s mostly just the workspace and a small area for breaks. We keep things simple and just focus on the pizza. There’s always a delivery truck waiting or someone coming in to check on the supplies. It's a busy, noisy environment, but it works for us. We just try to make sure everything tastes right before it goes out the door. It’s a lot of repetition, but we’ve gotten good at it over time. It's just what we do to get by.
