Arham Plasto Tech Pvt. Ltd. is located out at Plot No - 10/11 in the Cosmos Industrial Estate. We are right on Naik Pada Road in the Navghar area of Palghar. It’s quite near the local Bhaji Market, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving about nearby. Our facility is where we do all the technical work with plastics. It’s an industrial area, so it’s mostly warehouses and factories around us. The noise of machinery is the background music to our day. We spend most of our time on the factory floor or in the small office area checking designs. It’s not a glamorous job. We get dusty, and the machines can be stubborn sometimes. Being near the market means we can grab some fresh food for lunch, which is a nice perk. We’ve been in Palghar for a bit now and have settled into the routine of the industrial estate. We don't have a big corporate team, just regular workers who know their way around the equipment. The yard out front is usually filled with trucks loading or unloading. We try to keep things moving as efficiently as we can. It’s hard work, and the days can be long, especially when we have a big order to finish. We don't bother with much decoration; the focus is just on making sure the products are right before they go out. It's just a regular factory doing regular work.
