Adishwar Ligthing

We are at Unit No.6 in the Mahavir Industrial Estate, over in Chinchpada, Vasai East. It is a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where all the work happens for Adishwar Ligthing. The estate is full of different businesses, so there is always a lot of loading and unloading going on in the common areas. Inside our unit, it is mostly about assembling lights and checking parts. We don't have a big fancy office; just a desk in the corner and a lot of worktables. The air is often filled with the smell of solder and fresh cardboard. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the lights we put together are solid and won't break down. Most of us live nearby, so we’ve become part of the local industrial community. We know the guys in the units next door and often share a tea during breaks. It’s a simple setup. We take the components, put them together, and pack them up for the customers. There are no corporate slogans on our walls. Just some calendars and maybe a few notes about pending orders. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't make a big fuss. It’s just a regular workplace in Vasai East where we do our best to keep the lights burning bright for everyone who buys from us. Our workbench is a bit scarred from years of use, but it’s sturdy enough for the job.
