We’re over at Plot No. 6, Vasai Phata, right across from the Dattani Industrial Estate off the Western Express Highway. It’s a busy area, especially with the highway traffic always humming in the background. Unique UV And Light Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our days working with UV systems and lighting equipment. The place is filled with different kinds of bulbs and power supplies. It can get pretty bright in here when we’re testing things. We don’t have a slick office or a bunch of managers. It’s mostly just us in our work gear, making sure the units are assembled right. Sometimes the shipments are late or a customer has a weird request that takes us a while to figure out. We just take it as it comes. We aren’t really into the whole corporate lifestyle. We just want to make sure the lights work. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the traffic on the highway, but we’ve made this place home. It’s a bit dusty and the fan makes a weird clicking noise, but it’s where the work gets done. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things simple. It’s not a complicated life, just handling one order after another. We usually have the radio playing in the background to drown out the highway noise. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job with what we have.
