Kaizen International

Kaizen International is based on the ground floor at unit 27 in the Dewan & Sons Industrial Estate No. 4. We are out in Navghar, near the Onida company, which everyone in the Thane district knows. The estate is quite large, so it can be a bit of a maze if it’s your first time visiting. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our workspace is pretty basic. We have some benches for assembly and a corner for the administrative stuff. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We don’t have air conditioning in the main work area, just big fans that move the air around. Dealing with international trade means we are often dealing with different standards and weird shipping schedules. Sometimes a crate arrives late, or the labels are wrong, and we have to fix it manually. It’s just part of the daily grind. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a small crew that knows how to get things moved. We drink our chai together in the afternoons and talk about the commute. The traffic in Thane can be a nightmare, but we still show up every morning. We don’t do much in terms of branding. People find us because they need someone who actually picks up the phone. It’s not fancy, but we get the job done and go home to our families.
