We are located at Ansal Chamber - I in Bhikaji Cama Place. It's a pretty busy area with lots of traffic, so getting to the office in the morning can be a bit of a hassle depending on when you leave your house. We’ve been in these units, A-216 through 222, for quite some time now. Most of the day here is spent on the phone or tracking shipments on the computer screens. Logistics is mostly about keeping track of where things are and where they need to go, which sounds simple but there’s always something that comes up. The office isn't fancy, just some desks and files everywhere. People come and go throughout the day. We have a few windows that look out, but mostly we’re just focused on the paperwork. Sometimes the tea lady comes around, and that’s a highlight. Dealing with customs and transport schedules takes up most of our hours. It’s steady work, though it can get a bit loud in the halls of the chamber when everyone is moving about. We’ve got a small team here who knows the ropes pretty well. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it keeps things moving for the people who need their goods delivered. If you ever find yourself in Bhikaji Cama Place, you’ve probably walked right past us without even noticing. It is what it is.
