We are located up on the fourth floor of A Block in Ganga Vastu Vihar Phase 1. It is right in the Pakari Marwan area. Getting up to FR 05 every morning is a bit of a routine for us now. The stairs can be a lot if you aren't used to them, but we don't mind. We mostly spend our time sitting at our desks working on different web projects. It is a simple setup with computers and some old chairs that we probably should have replaced last year. We aren't some big corporate firm with a fancy lobby. We are just a group of people who know how to code and build things online. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when we are all talking at once, but usually, it is just the sound of typing. We’ve been here for a while and we know the neighbors pretty well. There is a small shop nearby where we get our snacks and tea during the afternoon break. It is not always perfect. Sometimes the power goes out or a project takes much longer than we thought it would. We just deal with it and keep moving. We don't have a big HR department or anyone in a suit. If there is a problem, we just sit down and talk it out until it is fixed. It’s just how we do things here.
