Vnbalaji Hospital Private Limited is set up at A/50 in the Budh Vihar Commercial Part A, over in Taramandal. Being in a commercial area means there are always people walking by and cars parking out front. It’s a solid building with a few floors. We occupy a portion of it where we’ve set up our main operations. The lobby area has some plastic chairs that have seen better days, but they’re comfortable enough for a short wait. We have a small staff of about ten people who handle everything from the front desk to the maintenance. The stairs are a bit narrow, so people usually take the lift if they’re going up to the higher floors. Taramandal is growing fast, so there’s always construction noise nearby. We have a small pantry in the back where we keep the kettle for making coffee during the long shifts. The walls are decorated with some basic calendars and a few notices for the staff. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t spend much time worrying about how things look as long as the equipment is working and the patients are taken care of. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes the billing take a bit longer than we’d like, but everyone is usually patient about it. We try to keep a calm atmosphere even when it’s raining outside and the floors get a bit muddy. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us here in Budh Vihar.
