Vatsalyabal Chikitsalaya

We’ve been here at Vatsalyabal Chikitsalaya for quite some time now. Our place is located right on Mahaveer Road in the Orderly Bazar area of Varanasi. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy it gets. There’s always noise from the street, bikes honking, and people walking by. We started this clinic because there was a need for a place specifically for kids in this neighborhood. Most days, I’m here early to get things ready before the first patients show up. The waiting area isn't very big, so it can get a bit crowded when a few families arrive at the same time. We have some plastic chairs and a desk for the paperwork. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls and shiny floors. It’s just a practical medical space for children. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a minute for the backup to kick in. Parents bring their children here for all sorts of things, mostly just common stuff like coughs or stomach aches. We try to keep things simple and get through the appointments as they come. Being near Orderly Bazar means we get people from the nearby colonies and also people passing through. It’s a local spot where people recognize us. We don’t spend money on big ads or anything. Most folks just see the sign outside or hear about us from their neighbors or relatives. That's just how it works here in our part of Varanasi.
