Ushma Microcredit Foundation

Ushma Microcredit Foundation is located in Varanasi. We’re in the Kanchanpur area, specifically in Meera Nagar Extension, 221106. Varanasi is a place with a lot of history, and we’re just a small part of it now. Our office is a simple building in the extension area. It’s not in the middle of the tourist spots, which we like. It’s more of a residential and local business feel around here. We work with numbers and people all day. It’s not very exciting work to some, but it’s important to us. We keep our records in order and talk to the folks who come in. We don't use big words or try to sound like a bank. We’re just local people who understand how things work here in Kanchanpur. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy with the bikes going past outside, but we don’t mind. We have a small team and we all know each other well. There’s no corporate dress code or anything. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Meera Nagar Extension is a good spot for us. It’s easy for the local community to reach us. We aren't doing anything flashy. We just stay at our desks and do the tasks that need to be finished. It's just a regular day-to-day operation. There is always something to do, and we just keep at it without any fuss. It works for us.
