Upkar Hospital

Upkar Hospital is located at N. 8/191 C in Newada, Sunderpur. We are right on the D.L.W. to B.H.U. Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, and there is always a lot of movement outside. Our hospital has been here for years, serving the local community in Sunderpur and the people moving between D.L.W. and B.H.U. We aren't a big corporate chain. This is a local place run by local people. The building is practical and fits the neighborhood. We don't have any shiny brochures or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just open up and take care of whoever needs us. The rooms are basic but they are clean and they serve their purpose. We see a lot of regular faces from Newada. Sometimes the road outside gets very crowded, which can make getting here a bit of a chore, but people still manage. We deal with all kinds of medical issues, from small things to more serious cases that require staying for a few days. Our staff is used to the daily grind and we try to keep things as simple as possible for the patients. We don’t go in for big mission statements. We just focus on the person sitting in front of us. It’s been a long journey for us on this road, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in Sunderpur. Through it all, we’ve just stayed here, doing our jobs in our own quiet way.
