Our place is over in Shastri Nagar Colony, specifically at M-4/35. It’s in the Sigra area, which most people around here know is a pretty active part of the district. Upkar Healthcare started out small, and honestly, we’re still just a group of people trying to keep things running smoothly. The office is tucked away in the colony, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main commercial strip. We handle all sorts of healthcare products and supplies from this location. Boxes arrive, we check the inventory, and then they go back out. It’s a lot of lifting and counting. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other’s families by now. There’s a small desk near the window where the sun hits in the afternoon, which is the best spot in the office. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anything. If someone comes in, they just talk to whoever is nearest the door. Sigra is a decent place to work out of because it’s easy for the transport trucks to find us. We keep the files organized as best we can, but sometimes things get a bit cluttered during the busy weeks. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t really think about moving. The routine is comfortable. We just focus on the healthcare items and making sure the records are kept straight. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just take a break until it comes back.
