Top Tour & Travel is located in the Gf-3 Rh Tower in the Cantonment area of Varanasi. We are right on The Mall, which is a well-known part of the city. Being in Varanasi, we see a lot of visitors, but we mostly focus on the locals who need help getting around or planning a trip somewhere else. The office is on the ground floor, so it’s easy for people to just walk in. It’s a practical space without any unnecessary frills. We have our files, our computers, and our tea. We don't believe in using big marketing words. We just tell it like it is. If a hotel is far away or a flight is likely to be delayed, we let people know. We’ve been here in Rh Tower for a while now and we like the location. It’s easy to get to and there’s usually parking nearby. We aren't a high-pressure sales environment. We just sit down, listen to what people need, and see if we can make it happen. Some days are very busy with phones ringing off the hook, and other days we have time to chat with the regulars who stop by. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a polished image. We’re just a small team of people who know the travel business and want to work hard. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and that’s how we like it.
