Swastik Formulation Private Limited is over at B-1/84 in Ravindrapuri Extension. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the main roads, which we like. Most of the time here is spent looking at formulas and making sure the batches are right. It’s not a huge factory, just a solid place where we do our work every day. We’ve been in the Ravindrapuri Extension area for quite some time now. Some of us live nearby, so it’s a short walk to get in. There is always something to clean or a machine to check on. We deal with a lot of different formulations, so you have to pay attention to the details. It can be repetitive, but that’s the nature of this kind of business. We don't have a big sales team or a fancy reception. Usually, if the bell rings, it’s just a delivery or someone coming to pick up an order. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. We’ve got a small crew and everyone knows what they need to do. It’s a practical setup. We aren't doing anything flashy, just making sure the products are made correctly and sent out on time. The building itself is pretty easy to find once you’re in the extension. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the daily production schedules. There is a lot of measuring and double-checking that goes on behind those doors.
