Our office for Stic Travel Group is right here in Varanasi, 221001. We’ve been around this city for quite a bit now, dealing with all kinds of travel arrangements. It’s a busy place to work because everyone wants to visit the ghats or get out of town for a break. We don't have a fancy storefront with neon lights. It’s just an office where we keep our computers and files. We spend most of our time on the phone or responding to messages about flights and trains. It can get a bit chaotic when the peak season hits, but we’re used to it. The staff here is local. We know the roads and the shortcuts. If someone asks for a specific route, we usually have an answer. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in India or anything. We just want to make sure the people who come to us get their vouchers on time. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that’s just life here. We just keep working through it. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know we’ll give them the facts without any fluff. It’s a basic service. We book the seats, confirm the hotels, and hand over the papers. That’s what a day looks like for us at the office. No big speeches, just work. We also keep a few physical maps around just in case the digital stuff fails.
