St. Mary Hospital

We are here in Korauta Lohata Lohta, just a regular place where people come when they aren't feeling well. St. Mary Hospital has been sitting on this spot for a while now. It isn't a fancy glass building or anything like that. It is just a solid place with walls that have seen a lot of folks come and go. Most days, it gets pretty busy around here. You see people from the village walking up, and sometimes there is a bit of dust from the road. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the waiting area gets full and it feels a bit cramped. The doctors and nurses just go about their work, checking temperatures and talking to families. It is noisy during the day with all the talk and the sounds from outside in Lohta. We don't have those big shiny machines you see in movies, but we have the basics that get the job done. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to manage, but that is just how it is in this part of town. People know where we are, right near the main path. It is a place for healing, sure, but it is also just a part of the neighborhood. We see the same faces often, and we know who is related to who. It is simple work, really. Just helping neighbors get back on their feet without making a big fuss about it.
