We set this place up because the neighborhood needed a spot where folks could go without traveling too far into the main city traffic. The building sits near the chauraha, so it's easy to describe to a rickshaw driver or anyone giving directions. Inside, it's pretty straightforward. We have the reception area, some wards, and the rooms where the doctors see people. It gets a bit noisy outside with all the traffic at the intersection, but once you’re inside, it’s a bit quieter. We deal with all sorts of medical issues every day. Sometimes it's just a fever, and other times it's something that keeps a patient here for a few days. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our patients come because they live nearby or their neighbor told them about us. We just try to keep the floors scrubbed and the medicine stocked up. It’s a job that keeps us on our feet from morning until late at night.
