Sk Jha Associates

Sk Jha Associates is located on the first floor of Karpatri Smriti Estate. We are in rooms 209 and 210. Durgakund Road is usually quite packed with traffic. We are very close to the Durgakund Temple, so there are always people around. You can hear the temple bells sometimes if the windows are open. Being in Varanasi - 221004 means we see a lot of the local crowd. The building is an older one, but it works for us. We have two rooms to keep things separated. One is for meeting people and one is for the actual filing and desk work. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have fans going. It isn't a high-rise office building with elevators and stuff. It is just a solid place to work. We spend most of our hours looking at papers and talking through things. We don't really have a big website or a social media person. We just rely on being here at the estate. People know us because we’ve been at this address for a long time. It’s a practical setup. No one wears ties unless they really have to. We just focus on the task at hand. If you're walking toward the temple, you'll pass right by our building. It's a familiar routine every morning, climbing those stairs to the first floor to start the day. We don't make big promises, we just do the work.
