Shubham Hospitals is tucked away on M A Road. Being in such a central spot means we see people from all over the city. During the afternoons, the traffic outside is usually a mess. We try to keep the inside as quiet as we can, though it is a struggle. It’s not a huge place, just a regular hospital setup for everyday health issues. Most of us have been working here for a long time. The routines are second nature to us now. After walking in, you grab a token and wait on the plastic chairs. The walls could probably use some new paint, but we're more worried about the medical side. M A Road is always humming with activity. We don't do much advertising at all. Neighbors and relatives usually tell people about us. It’s a practical environment with rooms for different needs. Doctors are usually around for most of the day. If the power goes out, we have a generator ready. We just focus on what needs to be done right then and there. No one here uses big corporate words or fancy talk. We just speak to people like normal people. It's a job we take seriously, even if the building looks a bit old. Every day, we're here making sure the clinic is ready for whoever walks in next. It's just a simple hospital for simple people.
