Shivangi Mens Parlour

We've been running Shivangi Mens Parlour in Pandeypur for a good while now. It’s right there in Prem Chand Colony, a spot most people in Varanasi know well enough. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where men from around the neighborhood come to get sorted out. Most mornings start with unlocking the door and sweeping the floor before the first few people show up. You can hear the traffic from the main Pandeypur road outside, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of clippers and some talk about what’s going on in the city. We have our mirrors and the chairs set up just right. It gets busy on weekends, especially when everyone has a day off and realizes they need a trim. Being in Varanasi - 221104, we see all kinds of faces, from young kids coming with their fathers to the older men who have been living in this part of town for decades. Sometimes the electricity goes for a bit, but we just keep going. It’s a simple life here in the colony. We don't really do much advertising because people just know where we are. If you walk past the local shops, you’ll find us easily. The benches out front sometimes have people waiting, just scrolling on their phones or chatting. It’s a small space but it works for us and the people who live around here. We just focus on the work at hand and getting through the day.
