Shiva Enterprises

Shiva Enterprises is right here in Shivpur, just across from the Durga Mandir. If you know where the old Shankar Talkiz is, we are basically right next to that too. It’s a very central spot, so there’s always something happening outside our gates. The temple brings in a lot of people, especially on festival days, and that makes the whole street feel very alive. Our work is pretty straightforward. We spend our time managing the stock and helping out whoever walks in. The yard is usually full of materials, and it can get a bit cramped if we have a big delivery coming in. We’ve got a small team, and we all just pitch in where it’s needed. Sometimes that means spending the whole day loading trucks, and other times we are just organizing the back area. The heat in Shivpur can be something else, so we take plenty of breaks in the shade when we can. We don't really do much advertising; people just see our sign when they are going to the temple or the talkiz. It’s been that way for years. We just keep doing what we do, day after day. It’s hard work, and your back usually hurts by the end of it, but it’s a living. We like being part of the neighborhood here and seeing all the familiar people walking by every day and saying hello while we work.
