Shehra Designs Studio (Opc) Private Limited is located at H No. 75/2, right near Thakur Chowk in K Ganga Ram Nagar, Ramkund. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s where we do our work. We focus on designs, mostly for clothing and textiles. The studio is just a room in the house where we have our tables and computers set up. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of projects going on at once. Ramkund is a lively neighborhood. You can always hear people outside and the smell of food from the nearby stalls. We like it here. It feels more real than a cold office building in the center of the city. We started this studio because we wanted to do our own thing without a boss breathing down our necks. Some days we work until midnight, other days it’s slower. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know their way around a design. We try to keep things practical. If a design doesn't work on fabric, we scrap it and start over. It’s a lot of trial and error. We aren't fancy designers with big egos. We just like making things that look decent and serve a purpose for the clients who find us.
