If you know Varanasi, you know how these streets can be—narrow and full of life at every corner. It’s a bit of a squeeze to get a vehicle right to our door sometimes, so we often just walk from the main road. We’ve been in this part of the city for a long time. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s got white walls and a few old fans that click while they spin. We handle various business things here. It’s mostly paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the local markets and the people passing by. We like the energy of it, though. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we walk or take a cycle to work. We don't have a big corporate culture or meetings that last for hours. We just sit together, do what needs to be done, and have our tea breaks. The building is old, and it has plenty of character. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long.
