Harsa Creation

Harsa Creation is located in Reori Talab, specifically at B-18/52- R. If you know where Qadirya Masjid is, we are very close to that landmark. It’s an old part of the area and the streets can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here originally. We do a lot of our actual work right here in the shop. It’s often noisy with the sounds of the neighborhood coming in through the front door. There are stacks of fabric and thread almost everywhere you look. It’s definitely not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. We spend most of our day working on different pieces and putting things together for people. Sometimes we have to stay pretty late when there’s a lot of work to finish by a certain day. The lighting isn't always the best in the back room, so we tend to do the detail work near the front where the sun comes in. People from the mosque and the surrounding houses often stop by just to say hello or see what we are working on. It feels like a small community here which is nice. We don't have a fancy sign or big glass windows like the shops in the city center. It's just a practical place where we make things. Sometimes we run out of a certain color of thread and have to send someone out to find more. It’s just daily life for us and we get by.
