You can find us at Radiant Forex & Tourism Pvt Ltd on the first floor of the Sri Das Foundation building. We are right on The Mall Road in the Cantonment area, which is usually a bit cleaner and wider than the old parts of the city. Being near the Radisson Hotel makes it easy for people to give directions to their rickshaw drivers. We deal with both travel plans and currency exchange, so the office is always a bit busy with different types of requests. It’s a practical space, mostly just desks, computers, and a place for people to sit while we count out cash or print out tickets. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we like the location. The Mall Road has a lot of movement, so there is always a bit of noise from the traffic outside, but inside we just focus on getting the tasks finished. It is a simple operation where we try to be as helpful as possible without making things complicated. Whether it’s someone needing some foreign notes for a trip or a family looking to book a van, we just handle it as it comes. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us here, working through the daily logs and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day. It’s a regular job in a busy part of town, and we try to stay honest and clear about what we can do.
