Radharani Microcare Foundation

If you are ever around the Kadipur or Shivpur area in Varanasi, you might stumble across us. We are tucked away at Arazi No 26, specifically SH 16/2 F-14, care of Sandeep Kumar Singh. The Radharani Microcare Foundation is basically just a small group of us working out of this space. Varanasi is a very old city and things move in their own way here. Our office isn't anything like those big corporate places you see in the movies. It is just a regular building with some chairs and a couple of tables. The street outside can get pretty hectic with all the traffic and people walking by, but it is home to us. We’ve been at this 221001 zip code for a while now. Most people in the local area know where to find us if they need to. We don't spend money on big signs or anything flashy like that. It is more about just doing the work every day. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or light a candle. It is a very normal, local operation. We don't have a big mission statement written on the wall. We just show up in the morning, drink some chai, and get to work on whatever is on the desk. It is practical and a bit messy sometimes, but that is how real life is for us here.
