Nike Energy Mfg. Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 279/2 in Ganeshpur. We are out in the Tarna area of Shivpur. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but we like the space it gives us. Manufacturing takes up a lot of room, so having our own plot is necessary. We do all our work on-site. There’s usually some kind of machine running or something being put together. It gets a bit loud, but that's part of the job. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for a long time. We all know what needs to be done. We don't have fancy titles or a big HR department. If something breaks, one of us fixes it. We started this company because we wanted to build things. Shivpur has been a good home for us. The weather gets hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get through the day. We aren't big on marketing or social media. Most of our work comes from people who know where we are and what we can do. We just focus on the manufacturing and making sure things leave the plot in good shape. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. It is a quiet spot most days except for the factory sounds.
