New Raj Crane

New Raj Crane is located right on G.T. Road, just across from Kashi Diesel. We are also near the old Komli Baba Kua in the Chaukaghat area. It is a very busy spot with a lot of heavy vehicles passing by at all hours. Our yard is usually full of our machines, and there is always someone tinkering with an engine or fixing a hydraulic leak. The G.T. Road can be a real headache with the noise and the smoke, but it is the best place for us to be because that’s where the work is. We have been here for quite some time now, and we have seen the city grow around us. Our office is just a small room where we keep the keys and the logbooks. It’s a bit cluttered with old parts and some empty water bottles. We don't really have a secretary or anyone to answer the phone in a fancy way. Usually, it’s one of the operators who picks up while wiping grease off his fingers. We do a lot of work for the local construction sites and factories nearby. It is hard, physical work and the sun can be brutal in the summer months. We just try to get the jobs done safely and get home at a decent hour. No frills, just honest labor on the main road. We keep the chains oiled and the engines running.
